Turbo question before tune

I will be putting an 04' sti swap into my 99L shortly and wanted to know if I would be safe running a VF43 instead of the stock VF39..I knw they are pretty much the same turbo. I'll have the Cobb AP and once everything is worked out with the car and its broken in I'll get tuned by you.

Any input would be great

You should be just fine. DO your best not to beat on the car and there should not be any issue as long as everything is installed properly.

So the car should run the same with the 43 as it would with the 39?

OR should I just sell the 43 and get a vf39?

As a tuner what would you want me to do

So what im trying to ask is can I run the car with the VF43 and have it run as stock as it would with the stock VF39
